Quality CON - Government Oversight System
In Kentucky, there are little regulations regarding hospital quality assurance. KRS 216B.155 calls for facilities to develop of these standards. However,
no regulations have been written.
There are no State Regulations to protect health care whistleblowers.
A statue KRS 216B.165 was enacted
in 1998 but no regulations have been written
